Once AI is connected to your email and files, it can read anything the connected person can open. So we set up access, not just instructions.
- We find sensitive files first, and move them to the system they belong in, or to a locked folder only the right person can open.
- Automations get their own account, with access only to the inbox and folders they need.
- Your team gets a one-page guide: what never goes into AI, and why every fact and figure gets checked before it reaches a client.
- Your content stays yours. We recommend business plans where the provider doesn't train its models on your content by default.

Which AI do you set us up on?
Any of them. Our set-up works with whichever AI your business chooses. If your office already uses one, we build on it. If not, we'll recommend the right fit for your team, your work and your budget.
What does it cost?
There are two parts. The AI provider charges a monthly fee per person, which you pay to them directly, so you only pay for the people who use it. Most set-ups with training for a team of up to 10 cost $2,500–6,000 + GST, depending on how many people and what needs connecting. Do we need to be good with technology?
No. The training starts with the jobs you already do, using your own documents. If you can write an email, you can use this.
Is our business information safe?
We lock the most sensitive records away, give automations their own limited accounts, and nothing gets connected without your OK. You can switch any connection off at any time. For more, see our guide: Using AI in your business under the NZ Privacy Act.
What happens after the training?
We come back two to three weeks later to answer the questions that only turn up once you've used it for a while. When you're ready, the same set-up becomes the base for automating your repetitive work.
