Will it sign my CoC or ESC?
No. The person who did the work signs the CoC, and the person who makes the final connection signs the ESC. The AI drafts them and reminds you before the 20 days are up.
Can it fill in my test results?
It puts in the readings you recorded, from your notes or your tester's export. You check every figure before you sign.
Does it work with my certificate app?
If your certificates live in Fergus, ServiceM8 or a certificate app, we work alongside it. We confirm what connects in the free consultation.
Will it email clients without my say-so?
No. Certificates, quotes and emails sit as drafts until you or your office approves them.
Who sets my rates?
You do. Hourly rates, margins and fixed prices are yours; the AI only uses the figures you give it.
Do I have to drop Fergus or ServiceM8?
No. Keep your job software and Xero. We work across them and your inbox, and check what connects before quoting.
Is my customers' information safe?
